The room was clean, spacious, and had a charming touch with visible restored house beams. The location was perfect, close to impressive attractions like bergpark Wilhelmshohe and Kassel, as well as being conveniently situated near the freeway. The staff, especially Jan & Teresa, made us feel right at home with their fantastic service and friendly demeanor.

Had a wonderful Easter getaway! The rooms were clean and spacious, with traditional wooden construction that added to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to easily access nearby attractions and the freeway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

Although the majority of the staff didn't speak English, we were still able to communicate effectively and didn't encounter any major issues. However, the limited food options in the restaurant made it difficult for one of us with specific dietary requirements, and the waitress lacked understanding and empathy towards the situation.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a cozy hotel nested in a lovely village surrounded by a beautiful forest. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly.
